Cunning & Evade with 20 HP isn't horrible alone for 7 pts. Add in Twi'lek and he can get Assassin too...so a possible +13 Atk 30 Dam...let alone all the other bonuses for n/u Fringe. 7 pts is a hard range to update around...lots of characters with lots of mixes of abilities already.
