Bounty Hunter character but increase Hit Points from 30 to 40, increase Defense from 13 to 15, and add Magnetic Servos.

Honestly, have no idea. For the first time I wanted the SA to do something so I just put it on someone it would fit loosely. Couldn't put it on a N/U, so this guy was next.
