Universe character but decrease cost from 40 to 25, add Accurate Shot, Black Sun Vigo, and Cunning Attack +20.

At some price point this guy could be really good - too expensive at 40 when he’s not much chop as an attacker but this version is really strong. Giving Arica accurate is very strong.

@imyurhukaberry: For your update of the other WotC Xizor, might I suggest giving a SA where he gives an enemy Leia Internal Strife? This would reference his seducing her in Shadows of the Empire with his pheromones.
