^I myself think lowering his point cost would also be good. 27 is pretty high, even granting how good he is.

I originally was going to lower his cost. Problem is the Alpha. If you lower this character's points, then it somewhat undoes what the Vset piece is trying to do. Also have to factor in the Ravenous V and it's cost vs what it gives you. In the end I chose to just add Twin. I'm sure some playtesting will tell if 27 is still too high.
