Double/Twin/Cunning+20/Poison+20 may be a bit much. What is that, 200 damage potential? Granted, it'll be very rare when that happens. Other than that he looks sweet.

his big damage is all situational though. He needs to start adjacent to you(barring greater mobile) and he needs to activate early against a living character. The poison is less situational based on the ratio of living to non-living pieces. i could lower the cunning to 10 i think that would help.

As he is in the same faction as Thrawn, oh the irony, he can easily swap in for heavy damage. Imagine this...move 16 squares with Jarael to base some heavy-hitter. Swap in Ruhk to end the round. Roll initiative. 95% chance to win with Thrawn. Attack 4 times at +12 for 30 Damage each. Its probably a 50% chance to hit someone with decent defense. That puts 60 damage on the target. The opponent will fail the poison save about 50% so tack on another 20 damage. That is 80 very reliable damage assuming you fail to hit half the time and the opponent fails the save half the time.

If rolls are going well...there's alot more damage to be had. He was a b.a. character in the novels, but I thinks its a bit much. I really like the character, and I like your creativity. However, for the price its too much and it doesn't quite fit what was in the novels. I'd drop Double and shave off several points from his cost. As is, 8.

Yeah, it seems like a lot of people making sets have forgotten imps have the swap and Master tactician on one piece.

Meh, he isn't that great of a swapper. Sure, pretty brutal when it goes off, but if he is facing activation control, this Ruhk is DEAD. At least Bane doesn't have to be up close. But something probably be dropped down to +10 dam, preferably Cunning.

you might get his good attack off once without him dying.

yeah i will drop the cunning down to 10. the poison is still only against living(which i know is alot) so he would not do near as much against say a droid army.

True, against Droids, he's not exceptional. But against adjacent, not-activated characters, he has a Damage output of, without crits, 200 Damage. That will kill pretty much anything. Even against nonliving characters, it's still 120 Damage. I advise changing something to lessen the Damage. Additionally, he's got access to Rieekan, which will give him Evade. You have to be within 6 squares to attack him with cover, and then he can Evade the damage. 5 as is.
