Seems an odd piece to grant Extra Attack and MT seems a bit too much for this character. Perhaps Tactician +8?

OOOhhh no. Stazi definitely gets Master Tactician, and It's a Trap. He's basically the Admiral Ackbar of the Galactic Remnant... if not better. I do have a better idea for the CE, though....

MT seems very fitting for Stazi - he's one of the handful (at most) of starwars characters I'd say that for. I'm not really a fan of Resistance Leader (neither mechanically nor thematically), but Cunning feels right.
