I wanted to give Kota a way to gain Independent Outfit. Reading the comments on General Rahm Kota's entry, the intention seemed to be to keep him away from Talon Karrde and so he was not given I.O. It seems to me as V-Set has further developed and more pieces are gaining access to tremendous stat boosts that this safeguard is well past its prime. Given the fact that Mon Mothma is now a piece that grants a blanket +4/+10 to Rebels, thereby giving Galen Marek access to such a stat boost, I don't think that this would be such a game-breaking piece. Let me know your thoughts.
