Followers in Mandalorian would include Canderous Ordo...who can gain twin, has triple and 30 damage! O.O

Honestly it isnt much different from Rex is it? granted there are a few more pieces it would effect but that is not to powerful. Maybe rewording it to be mandalorian and republic followers without a force rating within 6 gain greater mobile.

HE was mostly meant to allow commandos and arc in Mandalorian and give them an advantage.

Blaine, the difference is all the Jedi that get access. You are right that adding without a force rating would balance him.
