Relatively boring piece, but appropriately costed for a fringer with Heal 20 and a bunch of hit points. Compare to 2-1B. Cost increases by 2, but gains 1 def, 20 HP, access to CEs for greater survivability. Drops from Heal 30 to Heal 20 and doesn't have Emergency Life Support.
