Origins piece for Luke Skywalker. A cheap accurate shooter who never misses, but only gets one accurate shot per skirmish.

I say a cost of 10 is too, I mean this is Luke Skywalker even if it is before he learns of the force. Gha Nacht and Gariden both cost atleast 12. (7)

I intended him to be among the best "cheap" accurate shooter. He'd be competing with Juno Eclipse or Jawa Scavenger for that title. Compared to both, he loses accurate and instead has a one use, can't miss accurate shot. I'd consider that a fair trade - can't miss but you only get to use it once. The jawa costs 3 more but has major damage bonuses (cunning and ion gun) plus stealth for survivability, but 20 more hit points. Juno is 2 cheaper with comparable stats (+10 hp, -2 def) and adds Disruptive. Compared to those alternatives, I don't think he's remarkably stronger than them, but...

I just cut the quote off since he's not actually using a T-16. I didn't realize until later that the quote is already used on another version of Luke.

Bullseye seems like it should do more damage, just saying...I could see him having 20 base damage, and bullseye being an automatic crit (like Use the Force) and his cost only going up 3-6 points.
