Is it your intention that every character, including those without Force Points, to start with 1 extra FP, including droids? Just wondering.

My intention wasn't to give it to droids (since they wouldn't normally be affected by a commander effect). Thoughts?

Not bad at all. The abilities are clever and the price is fair. One question though. Why does he have -1 attack and defense.

-1 is the way it appears when you select "--" for attack or damage when in custom. CE wont effect droids, but it will give ALL characters in your squad Mettle and +1 FP. Word it for 'Allies with a Force Rating gain...'
