(Tractor Beam Projector)- choose 1 enemy within line of sight, ignoring cover, 50 dmg to target and each characters adjacent save 11. A successful save reduces dmg to 20.

Tractor Beam Projector doesn't accurately represent a tractor beam. Maybe stop the target and all adjacent characters from moving for the rest of the round?

@jedi warrior, crazy as it sounds, but Tractor Beam Projector is actually the name of the big gun on the World Devastators. The beam destroys everything in its path.
