I'm generally not a fan of +initiative SAs, but I kind of like Transponder. Another source of Relay Orders would be nice to have. I do question the price, though - it seems pretty cheap. Then again, it's 5 more than a Mouse Droid, with much lower defenses. It probably works out okay.
