While I respect your opinion, I've discussed this character with one member who's even been involved in Vset designing, and he didn't really see it that way. If I may ask you, why do you believe its too powerful? Just curious because constructive critique leads to better designs, and that's something you forgot to impart in your post. Thank you for taking the time to look over.

What he is saying us Twileks with twin from clerks, extra from whoever, and double from this guy will make Twileks way to powerful

While true that the TBSV becomes very powerful, think first of how many points your investing into making them powerful. 13 from the Czerka (Blaster Upgrade = Twin Atk), 25 from this guy (Stealth + Double Atk), 49 pts from The Jedi Exile (Extra Atk). Thats 87 pts in commanders & Tech alone; and I'm using the cheapest character with Extra Atk CE. Throw in Bastila, for 33. Now you're @ 120 pts. Add Xizor, 30 pts (+4 +10 to BS allies) 150 total pts. Now add 2 TBSV's @ 18 pts each - thats 186 pts. 1 mouse & 3 Uggs = 198 pts.

Thats pushing them to the extreme, in this scenario. Now your whole squad of 11 activations relies on 2 pieces that combined have 80 hp. 13 atk (with Opp.+20) and 18 defense. Now sure, they do up to 50 dmg a pop 6 times & thats nuts but considering you've invested 162 pts into them, well then they should be that scary -- yet they're extremely fragile. Stealth or Cloaked melee pieces would eat them up. Stealth or Cloaked ranged pieces could even tear them up. I just don't see the "this guy will make TBSV's way to powerful." Who isn't too powerful with a half-dozen CE's?

The cheapest character with Extra Atk CE is actually Imperial Governor Tarkinat 22 pts

Well thats absolutely true. 22, 13, 30, 32, 8, 25 represents Tarkin, Czerka, Xizor, Thrawn, Mas, & KlatBSV. I threw in Thrawn for swap = more survivability. 130 total pts. Times that by 3 TBSV's = 184 pts. Leave the 16 for tech & swap fodder. Drop Thrawn for Nyna Calixte you say & give 'em SS. Sure ok. Nyna is 18 pts. You buy another TBSV to total 4 TBSV's with SS, Opp+20, Twin atk, Double atk, Extra atk, Stealth, GMA & Evade. Again, I still fail to see an issue here, since you've invested a ton of pts into 4 characters with 40 hp each who, by the way, are most fragile to adjacent atks.
