The first time an enemy character is within 6 squares of this character, that character must make a save 11. On a failure the enemy character gains Addiction. Addiction: Any time this character activates make a save of 16. On a failure this character must move adjacent (or as close as possible) to a character with Drug Dealer, if already adjacent, this character cant move. When this character begins or ends an activation next to a character with Drug Dealer, it takes 10 damage. Characters with Addiction can not attack any character with Drug Dealer. Arcona characters have -4 to their save vs this ability.
