DarthMaim defeats UrbanShmi 212-69 (3-0) on Frigid Outpost.
My low map rolling finally paid off and since we both had the same map, I chose right side middle to set-up and she chose left side middle.
Rnd 1: She wins init. We just both move our guys up to the middle areas outside of gambit. My guys are all bunched up in the right middle hallway ( so that next round they can go either direction to enter the gambit room, and she had a lot of her guys near the bottom of the gambit room ). No gambit either side.
Rnd 2: I win init. We both activate all our scrubs. Then when she activated all her guys, I had 2 left, so Doombot tow cabled Shaak towards the bottom door, which he overrode open, then Shaak master sped to base Asajj who painfully took 80 dmg. Ouch

( 10 HP left ). Neither of us blinked to put anyone in harms way, so no gambit for either of us.
Rnd 3: She wins init. Cap Binaka moves up to bodyguard the cluster of her characters next to Asajj, and to save Asajj from certain death, swaps her out for her buddy Ky. Shaak swings her sword on Ky, and Binaka takes 30, and then her 2nd attack, Ky bubbles it and takes 10 dmg. Shaak master sped away ( she Makashied the aoo ), to get to safety. Her Doombot locks the middle door closest to me, and then we both take turns activating scrubs and such. She then moves Ky into gambit and moved Mace and Scorch to support her guys to the left of the door of the bottom of the gambit room. My Doombot opens the middle door closest to my clustered guys in the hallway and Kcaj master sped to base Asajj, ending her day at the Outpost. Shmi gets gambit, I do not.
Rnd 4: She wins init once again. Ouch time! Mace ignites his purple laser sword and moves in to destroy Kcaj, critting on the 2nd attack, killing him on the flurry! My Doombot tow cables Yoda up to the right middle door to the gambit room, overrides it open, and Yoda moves in to base Ky and in the process of getting dizzy from all the crazy flight movement, drops his lightsaber, rolling a 1, ( FPRR ) another 1, ( FPRR ), then he manages to pick his little green LS up from the ground to strike Ky for 30, then he dropped his LS once again, rolling a 3 ( doh

). Ky then swings 2 times hitting on both, but luckily, Yoda doesn't drop his lightsaber this time and blocks both! ( A Jedi uses the Force for knowledge and defense, never for attack

). Binaka moves into gambit and swaps Ky for Scorch. Shaak springs into action and Master speeds up to base Scorch, who shields 30 of the 80 dmg, bringing him to 10 hp! Yaddle says, "teamwork makes the dream work", master speeds to also base Scorch, how fails both shields and he goes down. UrbanShmi moves some scrubs, then Coleman T master speeds to base her Doombot, ending the droid imposters day. She gets gambit, I do not.
Rnd 5: I finally win a critical init, and Coleman T, moves in to base Cap Binaka, and thanks to Bravado, down goes Binaka. This was extremely important because UrbanShmi was going to do some swap shannigans and with Binaka gone, it changed the complexion and strategy for her moving forward. Ky moved in to put 20 dmg on Coleman T, and Mace came in again with his crazy purple hammer of death and critted Coleman T to oblivion! Yoda says screw this for knowledge and defense stuff and slices Mace for 60 dmg! No dmg to Yoda from Riposte, as Yoda blocks both! ( even after a FA from Mace ). Then Shaak comes in to get her licks in on Mace, and does 80 dmg ( ouch! ), and she avoids all Ripostes as well Makashi'ing both attack backs! ( Mace is down to 10 HP ). Yaddle, once again comes in to clean up the mess ( what a sweet mother ), and finishes off Mace ( with Mace doing no Riposte dmg rolling a 1 and a 3 ) ending Mace's day of betraying the Republic. We both get gambit.
Rnd 6: UrbanShmi wins init again. Ky Narec slices Yaddle for 40 dmg. Yoda said "how dare you hurt my kin", and swiftly moved in to slice Ky for 60 dmg ( Force bubbled 20 of it ), and then he threw his LS for the killing blow! Shaak moved in to finish off the Spaarti, and then Urban's only mini left, Mas, turned his head away far from the battle and cried. I got gambit and UrbanShmi did not.
So the game was decisive, but some critical elements were my team's Master Speed movement breakers, to be able to get to Asajj to take her out, to get to Scorch to take him out, me winning init to take out Binaka, and Mace not getting any damage through to my main heavy hitters, who were able to Block and Makashi his Riposte hit damage away. Thanks for the game Laura. Always a pleasure to throw down D20's with you!
