To a New Yorker like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich. Well, in this case the guy claimed 8 tables for the dark side (X-Wing) while only needing 4.

well.. Joe going to some gay wedding, so he can't make it.
we're going to GenCon, so I'd like to practice 200 constructed squads.
10 pt gambit is fine with me.

big douche has a F-wing tourny on Sat the 18th yea, I know, but that's what his poster sez so let's assume it's on the 20th, OUR day. any ideas on what to play? Joe & I wanna do more RPG's what do you guys think? oh yea! I have the new vsets

I'm open to RPG but I would prefer not to the DM this time around...
I also have the campaign books from Wizards for SW minis, if you want to do some scenario stuff or a campaign with minis using those books.
If you want to play minis at all, I've been thinking of an idea playing mirror squads. Basically, each side gets the exact same squad.
I'm not going to worry about the X-wing guy. Remember last time he had a tournament? No one showed...lol.

I could do Star wars, and pretty sure Joe's into Gamma world.
as far as SWM squads... maybe an all Shadows(vset 8) squad to get the feel of the new guys.
big squad, 250-350 pts, maybe no factions.

maybe a constructed would be better, so we can bring the minis we'll need.
so,I propose 250 constructed using only vset 8 FACTION RULES APPLY
then we can explore the RPG options

I'd say no. Your piece needs the force to be in the squad, LT gives it to them at the start of the skirmish.
