Basically whats some of the items people use in the SWM's games?

For example i was reading in the rules section & this came up, when im to determain LOS when im playing, i use a Key Chain / Name Tag Stretcher. Them little usualy circle things that when you pull the top a string comes out & when you want the string back in you push the button on the base to bring it back in.

LOS - Key Chain Stretcher.

Force Points On Stat Card - For these i use a regular square 6 sided Dice

HP Counters - I use little red stones to count these. Or i use dice to keep track too.

Just wanted to hear some of your inventive things you use when playing.

For GenCon last year, my son made me a LOS tool that consisted of two of the small red add-in action figures and some fishing string. He said the force was with me when I used it. I used it and had a great 150 Jedi Challenge going 3-1 and got a Jedi Exile out of my prize pack. He was totally stoked.

Love the skull shaped beads, lol.

Nothing really weird for me, but I sometimes use the tiny (and I do mean tiny) dice that came with some Clix game or another, putting them on the base to distinguish multiple grunts from each other.

Check these out, these are the things we use for LOS they work amazing in my opinion.Regardless your getting a straight line & it doesnt take up room like a ruler, & its easy to swing from one corner to the other to see your full LOS, if they have cover etc. Works good

Man thats actually not a bad idea to mark your Uc's & C's that you have a bunch of, i know i use dry erase markers but its hard to read on the base when you mark it, i think it would be 10x easier just to put a colored rubber band around the base, thats a great idea..

Don't put them around the base. Just drape them over a head, lightsaber, or whatever.

Yes I do, For X-Mas my Dad bought me a sheet of birch wood and a sheet of Plexiglas and I put my maps in-between. Wink Way cheaper than laminating IMO. We used lamination in the service and that stuff isn't cheap. ThumbDown Work's awesome, but isn't cheap.

Also, I got some multi-colored sticker circle's and a hole punch. That way I can differentiate, say 3 of the same posed mini's. Put a small colored circle sticker on the base of a mini and the other same colored sticker on the plastic sleeve covering the card. ThumpUp

Any office supply store will have them. Or check the office supply section of your local box store.

If you buythem at an office store they are WAY over priced
but if you work with your play group to buy a small case you can get them in bulk for like .50 each

or- do like i've done in the past, when you donate blood or visit the Dr. Office ask the nurses if you can have theirsThumpUp
