(That character still can't spend Force points more than once per turn and can't combine its own Force points with this character's.)

Battle Guidance is pretty cool and with his CE, Thrawn and Weir makes Storm Commandos über scary!

Thanks, I tried to give him that Influential Director of the Imperial Forces over Endor feel that Thrawn mentions. I was going to make it a Force Ability (as that would be more flavorful), but having it grant a CE means it becomes a Flat Bonus from a CE which should also balance it a bit, hopefully it wouldn't get too overpowered being somewhat of a Gang/Squad Assault mix, but limited to 3 squares.

Galactic Emperor is cool, as is the CE. As for Battle Guidance, I don't think it will grant a useful enough boost IMO. As is I think he could cost alittle less

Streamlined the CE and made Battle Guidance cost 3 Force but allows within 6.

8. Being a bit of a "grammar nazi" here but your CE is missing the ; (semicolon) between "...not yet activated this round(;) that ally can spend.." I think Deathwielded is right in suggesting you might have been able to cost him lower (mid 30's?).

fixed the grammatical issue and added (what was once Daala's) rapport with a slight cost boost.

Looks really cool! What would the interaction be if a character with diplomat is adjacent to Palpatine when he is targeted?

here's what I put for the Glossary entry of Galactic Emperor: "Whenever this character is targeted by an attack, Force Power, or Ability an adjacent ally becomes the target regardless of targeting rules that would otherwise prevent it, if there are no adjacent allies this character remains the target." so the diplomat becomes the target.
