I like the idea behind Sulfur boost, though don't understand it at all thematically (is that a thing??), I do think you need to clean the wording up and drop at least one of the gained abilities especially since with furious, charging is redundant. Something like Usable on this characters turn, once per skirmish this character and all allied Devaronian's gain speed 10 and Furious Assault until the end of the round. At the end of each Devaronian's activation this round, that character takes 10 damage.

I would also drop toxin resistance for simplicity or just give them a +4 to make it easier to remember.

Sulfur Boost seemed really overpowered, then I realized that Devaronian is NOT Black Sun. (Thought it was for BS allies) :o
