This piece is obviously designed to go with Owen Lars. Together they add up to 20, so they are a Lobot reinforcements option. A good option if you have Luke and are facing Bastila, Disruptive, and/or Savage. Owen is a good shooting option for 12 points but brings along a movement restriction (that might not be too bad depending on who you restrict). Beru loosens the restriction, provides some healing, and combats Disruptive/Bastila for Luke and Owen.

They work together, but they could also go separately. Owen alone if you aren't worried about the movement restriction or disruption. Beru alone if you have a Luke that you don't want disrupted.
