Due to the issues pointed out in the comments of the characters (Revan CE and Jedi Crusade doing the same thing, Kerras dodge and Concentration abilities) I voted for Obi-wan.

For Kerra Dodge is just Quick reflexes downgraded and Concentration while a cool idea may be a bit too powerful/abusive. Sure playtesting would tweak any imbalance of Concentration and the Dodge issue is a very simple fix, but Obiwan is primed for playtesting as is so that's why he got the nod over her and my vote.
