 B2 Grapple Droid 12-16 Points 40-60 Hit Points 14-18 Defense +4-8 Attack 20 Damage Abilities: Melee Attack Jolt Damage Reduction 10 Lightsaber Resistance Parry [Insert more abilities here.] The B2 Grapple Droid would be an excellent entry to the game. First introduced to the Star Wars universe in the Revenge of the Sith video game, it was later canonized in the Darth Maul Son of Dathomir comics, as shown below:  They also come in different colors:   This would be a welcome addition to the Separatist forces as a melee interference/beater piece.

Interesting stats on the B2.
I picture them as being bigger and tougher. Like Jedi see one and they are scared. They see 2 or more and they run.
That aside - you are quite the ambassador for the Grapple Droid. It's almost as if we were to only do one separatist piece in a set - you would want this to be it.

would like to see more vehicles :) though this would be for me to use on 40k terrain tables not on the standard maps :P

The classic super battle droids were mini-bosses in the old Republic Commando video game. Had to shoot their faces off and then hurl ion grenades at them to take them out. Definitely made them easier in the clone wars show. And there are tons of great Separatist ideas. Even the ongoing community challenge right now is for a separatist unique with some brand new ideas and faces. General Kalani (especially after his appearance in rebels) is a great choice. And there is a lot of forgotten units in the separatists that could use some help. Namely the classic battle droid swarm, a cheap force renewal/recon/sense the future to help reserves, and the number one still being Huge droids. With Chopper, Passel, Lok, Haor, and Tann they have options. They are definitely doing better. So much I am still tossing the idea around of attempting to field a regional team with them. But they are still very costly, especially when you try to bring more than one of their boosting characters. And then when you pay so much you end up just getting all of their CEs shut down or otherwise trapped in the open. I'm really set on the idea of another separatist immediate droid reserves piece but it being specifically for huges. That way the character who has it can spawn a huge droid in more unusual places and help them set up in difficult places. But I'll keep dreaming of the Separatist huge regional team. One day... Hahaha

Also putting on every custom community challenge winner on this list. Some really solid ideas have been put out there and critically evaluated from some commited players/amateur designers. I can list them all if needed but recommend just skimming the list to see what people want to see and even the most voted ways that we like to see them/how we think they should look.

Don't really know what this would look like, but if there was something that could make regular Clone Troopers good, that would be cool. They have so much help already, it would probably have to be a Prideful-type piece or a "While your squad contains only X" piece to keep them from being over-the-top. Maybe something like the Arkanian Jedi General...?
