Here we go Month of April already planning ahead! This are the tournaments we have scheduled For April.  Wednesday April 1st 5-9 150 Points and may include 1 character from any other faction. Saturday April 4rth 1-6 150 Point DCI Tourny Wednesday April 8th 5-9 100 points. This event will be randomly decided 2-player teams if we get a good number of players. Saturday April 11th 1-6 200 Point DCI Tourny Wednesday April 15th 5-9 Battle of the Beatsticks, Round 2, Each squad must include 70 points of unique, melee attack and base damage 20 or higher characters. Saturday April 18th 1-6 200 Point DCI Tourny Wednesday April 22nd 5-9 Bring your Army! 200 points, each squad must include atleast 80 points of non-unique, medium base, non-fringe characters. Saturday April 25th 1-6 150 Point DCI Tourny Wednesday April 29th 5-9 Use the Force (not blasters)! All characters must have a force rating on their cards and each squad may only include 1 character without melee attack. Hey Hey Hey! Can you guess who this is?! :] I have a few questions for you guys. For the April 1st event: Nightwalker wrote: may include 1 character from any other faction. Does this mean I can have a Old Republic Squad with a Sith character in it? And by the way that is entirely a random picking of factions I am not saying that I will will be bringing a Revan based Old Republic squad. Aight Gary to answer your questions
The April first event you have your faction such as republic and normal fringe and may have 1 other character from another faction such as if i wanted to bring yoda of dagobah onto my squad.
So yes u can bring revan onto a old republic based squad.
The second question, CE's will remain as they are on the card so if it says only rebel follower and ur teammate is using sith then no it would not affect.

Okay, my main question about the CE thing was do we have the ability to apply CEs to our team-mates pieces. Which you answered.
I just remember a day when me and a few others did 2v2 and me and my teammate both had swappers, so were we swapping Vader in and out, making him impossible to kills.
And by the way, to anyone who reads this, if you know who I am, can you please PM with who you are, just so that I can keep track of those who I actually know, and those who are strangers.

Question: Do we want to use the new ruling on GOWK for this upcoming Saturday tournament? New ruling per Rob (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1163471) is that Soresu Style Mastery affects ALL attacks. EDIT: Since it has not been put into the DCI errata, technically per NN here, (NN's DCI impact of ruling) it doesn't have to be incorporated yet.

No, unfortunatly as much as I want to have it ruled that way the erata has not come out yet so we are sticking with the current DCI ruling of only melee attack.

Until we get official errata for GOWK we will stick with the Glossary definition for SSM. But yes it is expected for the official errata to state the glossary is wrong and that Obi's card is the actual wording. Currently DCI is supposed to be by the glossary for SSM.

If we actually have a good number for teams all you ally's figs will count as followers or Allies depending on the CE. However CE's and Special Abilities that say "Characters in your squad..." will not affect your ally's characters. Examples would be mandalorian conscription or Nom Anor's CE.

That's correct. Also keep in mind that all players would have their squad ready before they find out who they get as their ally.
