Ok, seems like that list was accurate for the time being (plus the MI guys) so I'll talk to DoK and see if they have table space available on the 27th.

That would be great if you some of guys could come down! This could shape up to be a nice end to the Regional season before Gen Con!

Any word on a finalized date CorranHorn?

Not until tommorrow...I had planned to go and talk to them in person (as the store owners kow me and are more likely to accomodate me than a stranger) today but if you've been following the sitch down here there's some very nasty weather. Constant predictions of hail, etc.

ok cool, no problem.
Totally Understand, we are under Flood watches here and they have been talking about the nasty weather today, all week.

Is it real bad up there? It was very nasty in the morning here, got a ot better by midday, and then we had local weatherpoeple predicitbng all sorts of bad stuff (hail, tornado-level winds, etc). It's gotten pretty bad again by now.

About the same, heavy this morning, took a break. I'm at work right now and we don't have windows looking outside where I am so I'm not too sure what it is like now.

I checked today and they do have table space on the 27th! The manager is away, so I'll have to come back on Monday to finalise it (when he returns) but it looks like the regional will, indeed, be on the 27th of July.

Shall we say 12 noon for start time, or is that too early/too late?

IMO... Assuming (4) four rounds of Swiss, a 12p sharp start is fine but this means no lunch break and the shop is open till 8p or later.
