So the YV Firebreather has Twin and Charging Assault +10, but the damage bonus only applies on the first attack right?

With Sting Beam, does the activation only affect adjacent characters, or anyone? I was under the impression it was adjacent listening live on SHNN, but I might have been getting mixed up.
