creme_brule, Even though the timestamps don't match the clock on the wall, you can still use them to see how much time passed between posts. As you can see above, your post was a little over 20 minutes after buttcabbge's. You needed to wait another 40 minutes. Unfortunately, as described in the rules, the penalty for taking an early turn is that the selection is canceled, but it still counts as taking a turn. You will be able to make 2 selections on your next turn to make up for this lost selection. Leia might still be available when your next turn comes around, but I cannot guarantee it.

fwiw regarding the timestamps, I'm in the Central Time Zone, and it appears that my local time is the timestamp minus four hours. So, do you what you will with that information.

You will be able to make 2 selections on your next turn to make up for this missed selection. Alternatively, you can correct the error but only if you do so before anyone else takes a turn.

Hey guys - creme_brule lost his last pick due to going too early. He did so because of difficulties reading the BlooMilk timestamps. I need to enforce the rules impartially so he lost his selection. He'll make it up on his next turn by taking 2 selections.
However, I'd encourage everyone to leave his pick for him (Leia Skywalker, Jedi Knight). He would have made it legally if he had waited 40 minutes, and there were no picks from the time he made his selection for the next 40 minutes. If you do take her, it's ok. It would just be nice if you all left her for him.

Yeah not that i miss countted just did not count those 2 but i see what you mean.

creme_brule posted the turn stating 7 turns passed, but he miscounted turns. There were only 6 turns since his last turn so he needed to wait another 25 minutes or so to take a turn. He has until someone else takes a turn to delete his turn and then re-post it when he is allowed to take a turn (which as of now is about 2 minutes away).
I hate enforcing rules like this, but we can't have people posting out of turn, posting early "just in case the other guy doesn't show up because I have to leave." You are either allowed to take a turn or you aren't at a particular time. If you aren't allowed to take a turn or you take a piece that was already claimed, and you realize the mistake before anyone else goes, that's fine - you can edit or delete the post to fix the problem. But if someone else goes we're not going to have rollbacks or anything like that. If your turn was illegal, the selections will be canceled and you can make them up on your next turn.
I know it stinks to possibly lose a turn just because of miscounting, so I hope you're back online in 5 minutes to fix it. If it helps, I'm right after you and I'll wait an extra hour to maybe give you a chance.
